Well my friends, you’ll have to bear with me.
I wanted to avert the fashion pilgrims and other flocking species. And I am unapologetic about it.
I got lost in the trastevere, as one should. I meandered through the Monti quarter and walked the city up and down, melting under its hundred degrees.
Boy I gotta tell you, Rome was on fire that weekend.
Here’s my take on Rome. Snaps of the city and its inhabitants. Its rough edges and street art. Its decaying walls and dancing laundry. The Jewish quarter. The dust. The mouthwatering Campo dei fiori market. The river. The general bonhomie.
Take a walk with me in the eternal city.
